Seeing through clouds?

Hi there everybody

I got this problem with one of my maps:

I need to make it so that when you see a brush from bellow you will see clouds, but when you see it from the top it will be glass. I can make it skybox on the one side, and glass on the other side, but then you can see straight through the skybox, and see the things above the brush. Can i make it so that it only is possible to see through from the top, and looks like skyboxes from the bottom? I can already make one-way glass/wall.

create 2 boxes, the first one has skytexture under and blue on the top, tie it to func_wall and solid 255. the box over it should be the glass.

For some reason i can't choose the "solid".

And when i then just make it a wall the skybox looks like it does in the VHE (lightblue with skybox written on it) and the {blue is completely black.
