Hi, everytime I try to compile in VHE 3.5 it just closes VHE down and nothing happens..

Can anyone help me?

How many wads have you added into Hammer? (More than 8 wads can cause strange errors)
Have you set up Hammer correctly? (Tools--->"Options..."--->Game Configurations/Build Programs)

I have over 50 wad's - so where can i find wad's that contain alot of textures?

Why do you need so many wads? Only add wads that you will actually be using in your map. If you need textures from multiple wads you could just merge them together into a new wad using Wally.

Some popular wads are halflife.wad (contains about 3000 textures) and cstrike.wad.
