If you want to have an error message saying: "Terrorists aren't allowed to buy anything in this map", When someone tries to buy,
use the point entity Info_Map_Parameters, I have a ugly pic here

I've read that that entity could be a bit buggy. So another way of getting the same results is to place the buyzones somewhere where the players can't reach them(eg. up in the sky).
